4th Issue of "Inspire" Magazine from Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula

Al-Qa'ida in the Arabian Peninsula's (AQAP; Qaeda, Qaida) media outlet, the Al-Malahem (Epics) Media Foundation, has released the fourth issue of its English-language Inspire magazine. The magazine is believed to be edited by American Samir Khan. The inaugural issue was released in July, the second issue on October 11, and the third issue on November 20. Comments, particularly on the Shi'i-related material, to follow.
